Hi! Well let me tell you that I've been traveling all over the world and this time was our first time here. We was with a large group of friends and we did enjoy a lot. The service was great( we were on "the Level" program), and all of them polite, specially the Hotel Director( a Spanish guy), I believe his name is Jose. Your personal is very professional and I want to congratulate you for all that you guys did for us...

I liked:
the picture on the hotel website doesn't lie. It's a really beautiful hotel, very confortable. The personel is friendley and there's a good food. there were lots of activities given by dynamical animators of the hotel. We don't get bored with us. They were so nice. I will come back again. thank you for this magic holidays.
I disliked:
Unfortunately, I didn't like the service at the reception. they don't speak french and they did the strictly minimum. It's a pity.
